Lao Tzu said it best, “A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step."
Sunday, September 1st, 2019 Dorian “happened” and changed our lives forever, but difficulties and hardships from it don't have to keep us from achieving our intended goals and finding the happiness that we seek in business and in life.
It’s how we overcome these adversities that make all the difference.
Take a look at the soon to be Gas Station at the “Big Bird Center” also known as the Abaco Big Bird and Poultry Farm. Speaking with Co-Owner Cindy James Pinder she noted that it was an opportunity that she and her family realized that was needed on the island.
It also serves a great reminder that every challenge we successfully conquer serves to strengthen not only our will, but our confidence, and therefore our ability to confront future obstacles.
They are happy to announce that they will be getting ready to open the station in a few short weeks. Although they haven’t thought of a name for the station as yet I am sure that it will be wonderful news to the residents of the island that have to commute within the area. Once they open they plan on operating between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
We admire the Big Bird Farm's resilience and we can't wait to visit the new gas station.
